Your Key Responsibilities

• Assist in executing recruitment plans to attract and onboard top talents
• Create and manage engaging job advertisements across various platforms
• Implement sourcing strategies to identify candidates for open roles
• Support niche recruitment efforts by understanding business needs and complexities
• Provide timely updates to regional HR teams on recruitment progress
• Stay up-to-date with market trends in Talent Acquisition, sharing fresh ideas to improve efficiency and processes
  
  
  

Your Profile

• Fluent in German and English; any other language is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive mindset with a desire to learn and develop new skills
