Your mission
Cofinity-X GmbH is based in Cologne and was founded in 2023. It is a joint venture of BASF, BMW Group, Henkel, Mercedes-Benz, SAP, Schaeffler, Siemens, T-Systems, Volkswagen and ZF. The vision of Cofinity-X is to run an open marketplace for the provision of own and third-party business applications and further services that enable secured and standardized data transfer along the automotive value chain in accordance with the Gaia-X and Catena-X principles with initial focus on the European market.

Your mission
- Support in bringing the Cofinity-X company strategy to life and ensuring its effective implementation across teams
- Assist in developing business cases, forecasts and strategic reports for management and shareholders
- Prepare high-quality presentations and management decks that visualize complex topics in a clear and compelling way
- Conduct research and data analysis to derive actionable insights that guide strategic decisions
- Contribute to cross-functional projects focused on process optimization, OKR implementation and organizational development
- Enrolled student (m/f/x) in Business Administration, International Management, Marketing, Innovation or a related field
- Strong visual and analytical mindset and genuine interest in strategy, business models and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent command of PowerPoint and other presentation tools, you know how to tell a story through slides and design management-ready presentations
- Proficient and familiar with creative & business frameworks like Objectives & Key Results (OKRs), Business Model Canvas or Design Thinking
- Highly organized, proactive and solution-oriented, you can manage multiple topics with precision and reliability
- Strong communication skills in German and English
- Able to work regularly on-site in Cologne, Germany
