Your Tasks
Are you a student looking to make a real difference? Then join our Asset Management team and help us build our new IPP business on a solid foundation from the very start. With us, you won’t just be checking off processes, you’ll be rethinking them, helping to select tools, and shaping standards. - Support in developing and documenting processes for the new Independent Power Production business segment
- Collaborate on system selection and integration of asset management software
- Actively shape new process landscapes
- Research and benchmark best practices in asset management
- Support quality assurance and standardization
- Enrolled student in business administration, industrial engineering, energy engineering, or a comparable field of study
- Basic knowledge of energy generation, PV technology, or asset management is a plus
- Nice to Have: initial experience with data analysis, Power BI, or process modeling
- Proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Very good German and English skills
- Your skills: A communicative team player with an analytical and solution-oriented approach, willingness to learn new topics and tools, and a passion for process optimization
