The
Procurement Operations Internship
supports and executes daily procurement activities to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant operations. This role manages vendor documentation, tracks purchase order and shipment status, supports sample qualification processes, prepares basic procurement reports, and maintains accurate data entry in the procurement system. The position plays a key role in ensuring material availability, smooth operational flow, and continuous improvement within the procurement cycle.
Your Mission
Support daily procurement activities to keep operations running smoothly.
Handle vendor documents and ensure all files are complete and organized.
Track purchase orders and update the team on order status.
Follow up on product samples and support the qualification process.
Prepare basic procurement reports when needed.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure materials arrive on time.
Track shipments and communicate delays or issues.
Enter accurate data into the procurement system (ERP/NAV).
Maintain tidy and accurate procurement documentation.
Assist in improving procurement processes.
Minimum Qualifications
Fresh graduates with strong administrative and coordination skills are encouraged to apply. (Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Office Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field)
Highly detail‑oriented with good organizational skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Responsible, reliable, and disciplined in handling documentation tasks.
Able to manage multiple tasks and work within tight timelines.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and support continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
Basic understanding of logistics processes and incoming goods documentation.
Ability to operate ERP/NAV or similar systems for data entry and receiving processes.
Strong attention to accuracy in data entry, filing, and document management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Ability to read and understand English documents such as labels, invoices, and shipping papers.
