We are currently looking for a highly motivated Student (M/F/D) in AI & Contract Management to join our Operations Contract Management team in Munich.

Principle Duties And Essential Functions

• Support in operational contract management
• Reviewing and analyzing contracts inputting data into Salesforce CRM solution, and identifying opportunities to improve data consistency
• Setting task alerts and reminders for action items in tracking milestones, deliverables, obligations, renewals, and expiration dates while supporting semiautomatic solutions where feasible
• Coordinating with contract owners to ensure contract alignment and accuracy for updating Salesforce records and improving overall data governance standards
• Creating reports and dashboards to enhance visibility into contract review
• Ensuring contract records are properly indexed, searchable, secure, and retrievable across systems while evaluating opportunities to streamline searchability through structured data tagging
• Participating in systems configuration, testing, and continuous improvement of contract management and records platform including process optimization initiatives
• Working with AI initiatives in learning and application to improve efficiency, accuracy, and governance within contract records management including assisting with the testing, validation, and documentation of AI-enhanced processes
• Maintaining accurate and compliant records in accordance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and retention schedules
• Opportunity to contribute new ideas and support their implementation
• Other projects and assignments may result and be assigned to accommodate the changing needs of the Contract Management Team and the Company
  
  

Knowledge, Skills And Experience Required And Preferred

• Enrolled student (M/F/D), field of study open
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
• Independent, structured working style with analytical thinking
• High attention to detail and strong commitment to data quality
• Team player with engagement and a strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Preferred: Students at the beginning of their bachelor’s or master’s studies interested in growing with the Company during their studies, as this role is designed as a development opportunity

Hauptaufgaben und wesentliche Funktionen

• Unterstützung im operativen Vertragsmanagement
• Prüfung und Analyse von Verträgen sowie Pflege und Aktualisierung von Daten im Salesforce-CRM-System
• Einrichtung von Aufgaben-Alerts und Erinnerungen zur Nachverfolgung von Meilensteinen, Verpflichtungen, Verlängerungen und Fristen – inklusive Unterstützung halbautomatischer Lösungen
• Abstimmung mit Vertragsverantwortlichen zur Sicherstellung korrekter und konsistenter Salesforce-Daten sowie zur Verbesserung der Data-Governance-Standards
• Erstellung von Reports und Dashboards zur Erhöhung der Transparenz im Vertragsreview
• Sicherstellung, dass Vertragsdokumente korrekt indexiert, durchsuchbar, sicher gespeichert und systemübergreifend abrufbar sind; Bewertung strukturierter Daten-Tags zur Optimierung der Suchfunktion
• Mitwirkung bei Systemkonfiguration, Tests und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung der Contract-Management- und Records-Plattform
• Mitarbeit an KI-Initiativen zur Effizienzsteigerung, Qualitätsverbesserung und Optimierung der Governance im Vertragsdatenmanagement, einschließlich Testing, Validierung und Dokumentation KI-gestützter Prozesse
• Sicherstellung einer ordnungsgemäßen und regelkonformen Dokumentation gemäß interner Richtlinien, regulatorischer Anforderungen und Aufbewahrungsfristen
• Einbringung eigener Ideen sowie Unterstützung bei deren Umsetzung
• Übernahme weiterer Projekte und Aufgaben entsprechend den sich verändernden Anforderungen des Teams und des Unternehmens
  
  

Voraussetzungen

• Eingeschriebener Student (M/W/D), Fachrichtung offen
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
• Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig zu priorisieren
• Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit analytischem Denkvermögen
• Hohe Detailgenauigkeit und ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein im Umgang mit Daten
• Teamfähigkeit, Engagement und eine starke Arbeitsmoral
• Hervorragende kommunikative und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten
• Bevorzugt: Studierende zu Beginn ihres Bachelor- oder Masterstudiums, die sich während ihres Studiums gemeinsam mit unserem Unternehmen weiterentwickeln möchten
