🎤 Why voize? Because we’re more than just a job!
At voize, we believe the greatest gift to frontline workers is time - time to care, connect, and be present. Today, that time is lost to admin work that pulls nurses away from what matters most: people.
We’re changing that by building the AI companion that frees nurses from admin, giving them back up to 30% of time. We don’t replace humans - we support and amplify their impact. Today, 1,100+ care facilities trust voize, and over 75,000 nurses rely on our AI companion to ease their daily workload.
Our mission is backed with a $50M Series A funding led by Balderton Capital, with support from HV Capital, Y Combinator and other leading VCs.
As a fast-growing team, we combine first-in-class technology with meaningful social impact. And now, we’re looking for you to join us on this mission!
💡 Your Mission: Help voize expand into new markets — from day one
As Founders Associate Intern, you'll work directly with our Chief of Staff and CEO on the projects that shape voize's future. Your core focus: helping us evaluate and enter new markets — both new geographies (UK, US, France, Spain, Italy, Nordics…) and new verticals (hospitals, disability care). You'll research markets, build business cases, prepare strategic decisions, and get your hands dirty across whatever cross-functional challenge comes next. This isn't a "fetch coffee" internship — you'll sit at the table where decisions are made.
🚀 Your Daily Business - No two days are alike
We look forward to your application and can't wait to meet you - no matter who you are or what background you have!

🚀 Your Daily Business - No two days are alike
- Research and evaluate new markets: Analyze regulatory landscapes, competitive dynamics, and customer segments to build the fact base for market entry decisions
- Build business cases and strategic decks: Prepare materials that help the management team decide where to expand next — and how
- Support hands-on expansion work: From mapping potential pilot partners to preparing outreach, you help turn strategy into action
- Run cross-functional projects: Whether it's hiring support, investor prep, or internal process improvements — you take ownership of projects that matter
- Be the connective tissue: Work across teams (Sales, Product, Engineering) to keep expansion initiatives moving and aligned
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree at a leading university in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
- Sharp analytical mind: You're comfortable with data, can structure ambiguous problems, and know how to build a compelling argument
- Self-starter with high energy: You don't wait to be told what to do — you see what needs to happen and make it happen
- Excellent English skills (written and spoken); German is a strong plus
- Bonus: Previous startup experience (internship, founding, working student) or exposure to healthcare/SaaS is highly desired
- Duration: 3–6 months, starting as soon as possible
- Location: Berlin
- Type: Full-time internship (voluntary or mandatory)
- Resilience is one of your strengths - you see challenges as opportunities, not obstacles
- Iterative working suits you - you test, learn, and improve constantly, instead of waiting for perfection
- You value open communication and constructive feedback - and contribute to a positive team culture
- We are a fast-growing startup, that means you will tackle challenges, grow quickly, and make a real impact, giving frontline workers more time for people
- We foster an open, collaborative culture with regular team events, whether you work from our Berlin office or remotely across Germany
- Generous perks: 30 vacation days (pro rata) plus your birthday off, Germany Transport Ticket, Urban Sports Club, regular company off-sites, and access to learning platforms such as Blinkist and Audible, plus free language courses
We look forward to your application and can't wait to meet you - no matter who you are or what background you have!
