Employment Type

Full-time (30–40h/week)

Compensation

• Full-time: €800–€900 per month
• Part-time: Compensation adjusted based on working hours

Language Requirement

German – C2 level required, with additional languages considered a plus

Your Responsibilities

Strategic Support

• Collaborate on the development and implementation of strategic initiatives
• Take ownership of independent projects and drive them forward

Analysis & Planning

• Conduct market and competitive analyses
• Support business planning and identify growth opportunities

Operational Support

• Assist the founders in day-to-day operations
• Coordinate across teams and improve internal processes
• Support resource management and operational efficiency

Project Management

• Plan, manage, and execute projects across different business areas
• Ensure timely delivery and effective communication between stakeholders

Communication

• Prepare presentations, reports, and pitch materials
• Support internal and external communication initiatives

Innovation & Growth

• Contribute ideas for new products, services, and business models
• Help shape innovative solutions in a dynamic startup environment

Your Profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or a STEM-related field
• Student at a university in Munich
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills
• Excellent organisational abilities with a structured working style
• Previous experience through internships or student roles in startups, consulting, finance, or similar environments is a plus
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and agile environment
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Fluent German at C2 level and strong English skills
