How you´ll help us:

As a Technical Service Intern,

• Assist with the repair and updating of small machines, such as EV chargers, BMSs and inverters, etc.
• Collaborate with technicians and provide support in technical rework processes.
• Coordinate multi-step tasks and ensure smooth execution of operations.
• Communicate effectively with technicians in basic Chinese (slow-paced) while using English as the primary working language.
• Perform inventory management and assist with warehouse operations as needed.
• Maintain a strong team spirit while working hard to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Continuously improve work efficiency and processes by learning and adapting on the job.

Requirements

Your background and skills:

• Basic understanding of repairing and updating small machines and devices,such as EV charegers, BMS,and inversters. Or experience with similar work with mobile phones, internet cameras and NVRs.
• Background in warehouse management and/or technical operations.
• Competence in planning and managing complex, multi-step tasks.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English, Ability to communicate in basic Chinese, German language proficiency is a plus.
• A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to take initiative.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Hardworking and dedicated to delivering high-quality results.
• Possession of a valid Elektrofachkraft Zertifikat (Germany Electrician Certificate) is a significant advantage.

• 持有有效的德国电气技术资格证书者将优先考虑。
