As a Working Student Legal, you will join an international team at the intersection of law, media, technology, and AI. You will support a broad range of legal and compliance topics while gaining practical exposure to emerging Legal-Tech applications, AI-enabled workflows, and agentic AI use cases that are beginning to reshape legal operations, document processes, and compliance management.
What You'll Take Charge Of
- Assist in legal research and analysis on a variety of legal and regulatory matters.
- Support the drafting, review, revision, filing, archiving, and management of legal documents.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct compliance and risk assessments and support follow-up measures.
- Help organize, maintain, and manage legal and corporate documents, records, and databases.
- Assist in preparing training materials and internal guidance documents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide legal and compliance support.
- Gain exposure to Legal-Tech tools and AI-supported legal workflows, including ERP and internal systems, document automation, knowledge management, and compliance process optimization.
- Support the evaluation and responsible use of emerging AI and agentic AI applications in legal and compliance operations.
What We're Looking For
- You are enrolled in law or a related field and have successfully completed at least your third semester.
- You are available for at least 20 hours per week during the semester, with flexibility to work more during semester breaks.
- You ideally have gained first practical experience through internships or working student roles in a fast-paced environment.
- You have native-level German skills and excellent English proficiency.
- You work accurately, reliably, and with strong attention to detail.
- You have a structured approach to document management and administrative processes.
- You are interested in Legal-Tech, AI, and the digital transformation of legal and compliance functions
- You are curious about how emerging technologies, including generative and agentic AI, can improve legal workflows in a practical and responsible way.
