Working Student Project Support & Reporting (x|f|m)

For Sartorius Stedim Systems GmbH, we are looking for a Working Student (x|f|m) for the Operations Guxhagen department at the Guxhagen site, who will support us with day-to-day tasks as well as projects.

As a working student, you benefit twice: you gain valuable practical experience and earn money alongside your studies. With a weekly working time of 20 hours, you can continue to focus on your studies.

Grow With Us – Your Responsibilities

• Contributing to the creation and optimization of presentations for the Head of Sites and management
• Supporting the analysis of large data sets (e.g. production, financial, or SAP data) to derive trends
• Assisting in structuring complex topics and presenting results in a clear and visually appealing way
• Supporting day-to-day operations and collaborating on projects
• Conducting independent research and data collection within the group, particularly regarding project status inquiries
• Exchanging with stakeholders across various hierarchical levels
  
  

What Will Convince Us

• You are currently enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences, preferably in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering or a comparable field
• Strong affinity for numbers and enthusiasm for analytical tasks
• Experience working with larger data sets
• Very good PowerPoint skills with a focus on concise and visual presentation
• Very good Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
• Initial experience with SAP is an advantage
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style
• Very good written and spoken English; German is an advantage
