To support our growth, we are looking for a Media Design Intern (m/f/d) to join our team in Munich, with a strong focus on content creation for paid social (Meta & TikTok).
If you enjoy creating engaging video content, have an eye for design, and want to gain hands-on experience in performance marketing — this role is for you.
📍 The basics
- Location: Munich (office-based)
- Start date: ASAP
- Duration: 3–6 months
- Working hours: Part-time (20-25 h/week)
- Compensation: €15/hour
🚀 What you’ll do
- Create video ads for Meta and TikTok (editing, cutting, storytelling)
- Design high-performing static creatives for paid campaigns
- Support the paid social team with creative concepts and iterations
- Test different hooks, formats, and angles to improve performance
- Work closely with the paid social team on campaign ideas
- Stay up to date with social media trends and ad formats
🎨 What you bring
- Currently studying Media Design, Communication Design, Marketing, or similar
- Experience with video editing tools (e.g. CapCut)
- Ability to design engaging visuals using Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator
- Strong sense for visual storytelling and social media content
- Good English skills (minimum B2 level), German is a plus
- A proactive, hands-on mindset and willingness to learn
