Working Student Sales Administration (M/F/D) - Focus: Digitalization

As a working student you support our Sales Administration team in driving digital transformation and data-driven process optimization and help us shape the future of automotive light-weighing.

Main Responsibilities

• Support on migration and maintenance of databases from Tableau to Power BI
• Develop reports, dashboards and information visualization reports with Power Apps and Power BI
• Collaborate with the Digitalization team on various initiatives and projects
• Analyze raw data from different fields to correlate to each other using digitalization tools and elaborating comprehensive reports and presentations for the area management.

Profile Requirements

• Enrolled full-time student in the field of engineering, economics, business informatics or another field
• Preferably with prior experience as a working student or intern
• Clear and open in communication in English
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Power Apps)
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis functions)
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, showcasing organizational and strong analytical skills
• Basic programming knowledge as well as experience with AI applications are a plus
• Innovative, enthusiastic, and willing to contribute in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
• Availability to work 15-20 hours per week, balancing academic commitments.
