Intern Dealer Development – M&A and PMI Support (m/f/d)

Our Dealer Development team focuses on empowering our dealer network with the tools, knowledge, and resources they need to succeed. We work on enhancing dealer performance, improving customer experience, and driving growth through strategic initiatives. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that our dealers are equipped with the latest technologies, best practices, and support to meet the evolving demands of the market.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support the team on M&A (merger & acquisition) activities and PMI (post-merger integration) workstreams, including meeting preparation, minutes, and action tracking.
  • Develop and maintain M&A status tracking tools (e.g., trackers, dashboards, timelines), ensuring data quality, version control, and clear stakeholder reporting.
  • Enhance and update PMI Playbook content (templates, checklists, guidance), incorporating lessons learned and improving usability for global stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to collect updates, follow up on open actions, and support clear, timely M&A/PMI communications.
  • Prepare ad-hoc analyses and concise summaries for leadership (progress, risks, dependencies) and recommend practical improvements to trackers and playbook materials.

What Skills You Need

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in, Ag Engineering, Ag Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Ag Engineering, Ag Economics
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, high level of PowerPoint and Excel. Knowledge of PowerBI, Power Automate or comparable tools for data visualization and modeling will make you stand out.
  • Structured, self-organized team player with a high level of independence, creativity, and interest in familiarizing yourself with new methods and tools.
  • English and German are core language required, French, Spanish or another European language would be an advantage.
