Position Description:
We are currently looking for a Business Development Intern (w/m/d) to join our Munich team. As a Business Development Intern, you will directly support the development of Minth’s European robotics channel business. This role is sales-driven and execution-focused, working closely with the Business Development lead.
In this role, you are expected to be responsible for:
1. Channel Expansion Support
- Research and identify potential distributors and resellers in Europe
- Support outbound outreach and follow-ups with channel partners
- Maintain and update partner tracking lists and CRM records
- Assist in preparing partner meeting materials and summaries
2. Sales & Commercial Operations
- Support quotation preparation and basic commercial documentation
- Assist in sales order processing and internal coordination
- Track order status and support communication with logistics and finance
- Maintain simple sales and pipeline reports
3. Market & Marketing Support
- Conduct basic market and competitor research
- Support digital marketing initiatives to drive channel and sales growth
- Assist in trade fair and partner event preparation when needed
Following qualifications and abilities are expected for this role:
- Enrolled Bachelor’s or Master’s student (Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields)
- Strong interest in sales, business development, and B2B industrial markets
- Strong English skills; German is a plus
- Proactive, reliable, and execution-oriented
- Interest in robotics, AI, automation, manufacturing or B2B industrial market preferred
- Experience with tools such as Canva, Notion, Figma, or basic video editing software appreciated
