Working Student Marketing / Werkstudent Marketing (m/w/d)

Your Tasks
- You are responsible for our social media accounts and create creative posts.
- You are responsible for the planning and execution of internal and external events.
- You handle continuous content creation and optimization as well as the adaptation of our marketing materials (e.g., website, presentations, newsletters).
- You support the marketing strategy and concept development, as well as the structural optimization of our marketing processes.
- You understand our customers and their journey, aligning measures and content accordingly.
- You support all lead generation measures and constantly bring in new ideas on how we can generate leads across various platforms.
- You conduct research in various media on different topics and prepare the results in a target-group-optimized manner.
- Achieving a high-quality result is more important to you than simply ticking off tasks as quickly as possible.
Your Profile
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Economics, Business Administration, or the Humanities, ideally with a focus on Marketing, or a comparable field of study.
- Strong self-management skills that you have already demonstrated in a professional environment. Your tasks will be very diverse, requiring excellent organizational talent.
- You enjoy working independently and driving projects forward under your own responsibility. You are reliable and proactively communicate any delays.
- You let AI algorithms work for you, specifically automating processes to leverage your personal strengths and noticeably advance our marketing.
- A hands-on mentality and proactive way of working to make an impact with the entire team.
- Knowledge of social media (especially LinkedIn).
- You enjoy writing and content creation.
- Initial professional experience in a marketing environment, ideally in the SaaS or PropTech sector.
- Fluent German and English skills (written and spoken).
- Very good knowledge of MS Office 365 products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
