Role Description

We’re offering a non-paid internship opportunity for highly motivated individuals interested in learning the art and science of business consulting.

This internship provides hands-on experience in areas such as:

• Conducting market research and competitor analysis
• Assisting in business strategy creation and implementation
• Supporting the promotion and branding department
• Contributing to pricing and financial strategy discussions
• Assisting in the development of growth and operational plans

You will be guided by experienced consultants and gain practical exposure to how small businesses and start-ups are shaped from concept to execution.

This is a remote role with flexible working hours (minimum duration: 3–6 months).

Qualifications

We’re looking for candidates who are:

• Fluent in English & German (spoken and written)
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Excel, Canva or project management platforms)
• Strong in market research and analytical thinking
• Skilled in business strategy development and execution
• Familiar with financial analysis and advisory concepts
• Excellent in communication and teamwork (especially in remote settings)
• Driven by an entrepreneurial mindset and curiosity about how businesses grow
• Ability to actively manage and enhance social media presence across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.), with a creative and strategic mindset for digital engagement.
