Tasks

You will primarily support the “Occupational Health & Safety” team. The main focus of your work will be on supporting corporate health management as well as occupational safety. In addition, you will have many opportunities to gain insight into the operational processes of aircraft maintenance.

Your core tasks include:

  • Designing health management measures – from planning and organization to implementation
  • Analyzing health data and employee surveys
  • Collaborating with various interface partners (internal & external)
  • Creating and further developing communication materials
  • Supporting workshops and events
  • Contributing to the development of our corporate health management (CHM) concept

Requirements

At the time of the internship, you are at least in your third semester of a degree program in health management, health sciences, sports sciences, psychology, business administration with a focus on health, or a comparable field

  • You are enrolled for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (Gap Year)
  • You have a structured and independent way of working
  • You are creative and have the ability to develop innovative ideas and bring in new perspectives
  • You have good communication skills and are a team player
  • You are proficient in MS Office
  • Language skills: German & English
