What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
- Work closely with the product team on feature discovery, user research, and go-to-market for new capabilities
- Own release communication by turning engineering updates into clear changelogs, release notes, and customer-facing updates
- Support customer onboarding and adoption by identifying friction points and improving product usage
- Build internal automations (e.g. n8n, Make, Zapier) connecting tools like Linear, GitHub, Slack, Intercom, Notion, and PostHog
- Analyze product usage data, define KPIs, and build dashboards to drive product decisions
- Join customer calls, collect feedback, and translate insights into actionable product improvements
- Identify UX friction, propose solutions, and help prototype and ship improvements
You’re a good fit for this role if you:
- Have a background in engineering, business informatics, management & technology, or business with a strong interest in tech
- Have built something before (e.g. automation, dashboard, side project) and enjoy figuring things out hands-on
- Think analytically and can translate data and feedback into clear recommendations
- Thrive in fast-paced environments without predefined playbooks
- Communicate clearly across product, engineering, and customer-facing teams
- Have strong opinions on what makes a product intuitive and impactful
