What you'll do

• Support the creation and consolidation of a well structured Confluence space for IT Supply Chain Management (SCM) teams, ensuring transparency and ease of navigation
• Assist in the standardization of budget tracking and forecasting activities, supporting consistent and reliable financial planning
• Provide administrative and operational support to the IT SCM leadership, including deliverables and action item tracking
• Support the creation and maintenance of standard documentation templates to enable consistent and efficient ways of working across SCM initiatives
• Contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement activities by collecting inputs, structuring content, and keeping documentation up to date
  
  

Who you are

• Enrolled bachelor’s or master’s student in Business Administration, IT, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Structured, reliable working style, and you enjoy organising information, documentation, and tasks
• Initial experience with Atlassian tools, especially Confluence and ideally Jira, or a strong interest in learning them
• Confident using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel to structure content, track information, and support analyses
• Clear, collaborative communicator who values a team‑oriented way of working and engages effectively with diverse stakeholders
