Internship Global Strategy Sales Excellence

About this Position As a Global Strategic Sales and Channel Excellence Intern, you will support the Global Sales and Channel Excellence team in driving initiatives that enhance sales performance and enablement across Henkel Adhesive Technologies. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Sales Excellence and Enablement and collaborate with the Sales Excellence Leadership Team on daily operations and strategic priorities.

What You´ll Do

• Work in a global, cross-functional environment with exposure to international business practices
• Support strategic functional projects on an ad‑hoc basis, potentially including key strategic initiatives such as team development, upskilling, project management, and efficiency
• Interact with stakeholders across regions and functions at various management levels
• Contribute to strategic communication e.g. townhalls, workshops, surveys
• Coordinate workshops and team events  e.g. quarterly dinners, team building etc.
• Create and analyse weekly and monthly reports and run initiatives to drive standardization and continuous improvement
  
  

What makes you a good fit

• Currently enrolled (master’s) student in business administration, international management, sales or a related field
• First experience through previous internships or projects in sales, strategy, consulting, or project management is preferred, along with a strong interest in sales excellence and strategy
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Proficient in MS Office especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, with knowledge of Power BI considered a plus
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in an international environment
• Ability to learn quickly, think creatively, and contribute own ideas and solutions, combined with strong motivation, a results‑oriented mindset, and a dedicated team spirit
• Availability as of August 2026 for six months

We offer you an attractive salary between € 1050-2270. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees
