Operations Intern

The Role

• Provide technical support for critical facility infrastructure, ensuring operational performance standards.

• Perform risk management and mitigation activities for data center operations.

• Conduct corrective and preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment.

• Assist in troubleshooting facility and rack-level events within service level agreements.

• Collaborate with third-party vendors and contractors working on-site.

• Support root cause analysis for equipment failures.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., mechanical/electrical engineering) or equivalent certification from a Technical/Trade program.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment with strong time management skills.

• Must have reliable access to personal transportation.

• Proficiency in English at a B2 level.

• Basic knowledge of power distribution, HVAC/cooling systems, and fire suppression.
