Job Title: Founder's Associate Intern

About the Opportunity
We are hiring a Founder's Associate Intern on behalf of a fast-growing, venture-backed tech startup in the DACH region. This is a unique opportunity to work directly alongside the CEO and core leadership team, gaining unfiltered insight into how a scale-up operates and scales from the ground up.
The Role
As a Founder's Associate Intern, you will act as a strategic right-hand and operational engine for the executive team. You will not be fetching coffee; you will tackle high-priority projects across various departments, from Go-To-Market strategy to business operations and investor relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Execution: Take ownership of cross-functional projects, working directly with the founders to drive initiatives from concept to completion.
- Operational Excellence: Identify bottlenecks, optimize internal processes, and help build the infrastructure needed for the company to scale efficiently.
- Market & Data Analysis: Conduct deep-dive market research, track competitor movements, and prepare data-driven reports to inform executive decision-making.
- Executive Support: Assist with preparing investor pitch decks, stakeholder updates, and critical meeting briefings.
Requirements
- Background: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a strong academic record in Business, Economics, Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous internship experience in fast-paced environments (e.g., Management Consulting, Venture Capital, Investment Banking, or high-growth startups) is a strong plus.
- Language: Fluent proficiency in both German (C1+) and English is required.
- Work Authorization: Must have valid legal authorization to work in Germany.
- Skills: Highly analytical, highly organized, and an entrepreneurial "get-things-done" mindset. You excel at solving ambiguous problems.
