Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources (HR) Intern. The HR Intern will assist with day-to-day HR operations, including supporting our talent, creating practices that support their teamwork, hiring new talent, managing our team and doing the documentation. The role also involves collaborating with the HR team in developing and implementing company strategies, conducting research, and supporting various HR initiatives.


Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Human Resources management, HR policies, and HR practices
  • Understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively in a remote setup
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus


Note before you apply:

  • Candidates need to be able to work autonomously, take decisions in the team's best interest.
  • Workload is 16-20 working hours/week, we are not strict on time as long as the person is productive and creating results
  • There's a formal internship contract
  • Location is remote, the company is registered and located in Berlin Germany

This is an unpaid internship, but it can count toward your university requirements.


Selection Process:-

First Interview round

Assignment: creating some structures to oversee reporting and team operations (details shared after initial interview)


Note: Assignment submission within the deadline is mandatory.
