We are looking for a Working Student (f/m/d) to join our People Service Delivery West Europe team, covering Netherlands, Belgium, Uk and Ireland.
In this role, you will support Talent Acquisition, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience and helping us attract top talent. You will also occasionally contribute to People Service, supporting day-to-day processes across the employee lifecycle. This position is ideal for students who want to gain hands-on experience in an international People environment.

In this role, you will support Talent Acquisition, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience and helping us attract top talent. You will also occasionally contribute to People Service, supporting day-to-day processes across the employee lifecycle. This position is ideal for students who want to gain hands-on experience in an international People environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the full Talent Acquisition process, including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and documentation.
- Assist with sourcing activities and market research to identify potential candidates.
- Maintain and update data in our HR tools.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR colleagues across the region.
- Contribute to People Service Delivery tasks such as employee data management onboarding and creation of documents within the employee when needed.
- Support ad-hoc HR projects within the People Service Delivery West team.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and People Service.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, structured working style.
- Fluent in English (must), Dutch language skills are a significant plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
