Role Overview
We are looking for a working student to support our team in handling, structuring, and maintaining data across different sources as well as collaborating with internal teams to ensure data is usable and reliable.
This position offers hands-on experience with large datasets and provides exposure to data-related processes within a supply chain environment.
Key Responsibilities
Duration: 6 to 12 Months
Working time: approx. 20 hours per week
Location: Hybrid / Bad Homburg

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and consolidate data from different sources into a structured database under supervision
- Maintain dashboards and reports to present analytical information and insights on a regular basis, working independently
- Support the creation of data models and the development of required data structures under supervision
- Develop and maintain internal documentation for data processes and reports, partly independently
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to understand data requirements and support the development of fit-for-purpose solutions under supervision
- Support the evaluation of end-to-end supply chain technology solutions under supervision.
- Currently enrolled in a university program
- Basic understanding of data handling and analysis
- Familiarity with tools such as Excel; knowledge of SQL, Python, or BI tools is a plus
- Structured and detail-oriented way of working
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Advanced English language skills
- Practical experience working with large datasets (e.g. inventory and delivery performance data)
- Insight into data processes and collaboration across teams
