What To Expect
As a working student in our Healthcare team, you will gain practical experience in health communications and support us in day-to-day project work. Your main responsibilities include:
- Supporting media monitoring activities, including tracking, compiling, and summarizing relevant media coverage.
- Conducting desk research on healthcare topics, therapeutic areas, and market developments.
- Assisting with the preparation of presentations, briefings, and reports.
- Helping organize project materials and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Supporting general administrative and coordination tasks within the team.
- Collaborating with colleagues across international offices and learning how healthcare communication works in an agency environment.
- You are currently enrolled as a student, ideally in Communication, Media Studies, Business Administration, Health Sciences, or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
- German native speaker with strong comprehension of technical/medical terminology.
- Fluent English, as you will often work with international teams and materials.
- A structured, reliable, and detail-oriented working style.
- Curiosity and a genuine interest in healthcare communication.
- Experience in media monitoring or research is a plus, but not required.
