Started as a small breakfast, Bits & Pretzels developed to one of the world’s leading startup conferences, welcoming speakers like Barack & Michelle Obama, Richard Branson or Jessica Alba. Two days of conference are combined with our legendary (liquid) networking at Oktoberfest. Despite the growth of the past years we have retained the founders mindset: We observe closely, analyze deeply, act fast – and never forget the fun. Our goal is to empower founders shaping the future in Europe.

- Support in the planning, organization and implementation of Bits & Pretzels 2026
- Support in ensuring customer satisfaction across all our stakeholders
- Support in the further development of Bits & Pretzels
- Post-event evaluation
Qualifikation
Enrolled student and first experiences in the business world (working student, internships, etc.)
Natural curiosity for entrepreneurship
Organizational talent & independent working style
Initiative & hands-on mentality
Ability to work under pressure in stressful situations
Strong communication skills & customer orientation
Confident use of digital tools and platforms
Fluency in German and English
