Working Student (m/f/d) – SAP Integration

Hybrid (20h/week, 2 days per week from office), Garching bei München

Working Student Contract (12-24 months) | Entry-level position

Amer Sports Global Business Center is looking for a motivated Working Student – SAP Integration to support the development and optimization of interface solutions and integration processes. This hybrid role, based in Garching bei München, Germany, offers an excellent opportunity for a team-oriented student eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment. You will collaborate closely with the SAP Integration Team and contribute to improving system connectivity, streamlining business processes, and ensuring secure and efficient data flows across systems.

What You Will Be Doing

Development & Implementation

• Design and develop interface solutions using Groovy, Java, and XSLT based on provided specifications.
  
  

Testing & Deployment

• Perform thorough testing of developed solutions and take ownership of deployments to production environments.
  
  

Process Harmonization & Documentation

• Support the standardization of heterogeneous IT processes.
• Create clear, structured, and transparent documentation.
  
  

Tools & System Enhancement

• Contribute to the further development of internal documentation tools (e.g. ABAP-based solutions).
  
  

Security & Test Automation

• Ensure interfaces meet current security standards.
• Support the setup and expansion of automated test management.
  
  

What You Need To Succeed

Education

• Enrolled in Business Informatics or a comparable degree program, ideally with an international focus.
• Ideally 1–2 years before graduation, with an interest in pursuing a master’s program (supported individually).
  
  

IT & Technical Skills

• Experience with Java and familiarity with XML and JSON.
• Initial exposure to SAP systems is a plus.
• Basic experience with collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Teams, Confluence, or Jira.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  
  

Languages

• Excellent English skills (spoken and written).
• Basic German skills; additional languages are an advantage.
